Evening Review Ritual
The day deposits experiences into your mind like sediment. Without review, they pile up — unsorted, unprocessed, quietly shaping tomorrow’s mood.
The Practice
Before sleep, sit for three minutes. Not to plan. Not to judge. Just to notice.
Ask yourself three questions:
- What caught my attention today?
- What did I learn — even something small?
- What am I carrying that I can set down?
Why It Works
The evening review is not productivity. It is hygiene. The mind, like a workspace, accumulates clutter. This practice does not organise — it simply acknowledges.
Acknowledgement is the first step toward release.
